MemberNexa’s ChatGPT integration processes the search terms, location and other search filters, and business listing identifiers supplied through its tools to retrieve active public business listings. It returns public listing information and links to ChatGPT. The integration does not require a MemberNexa sign-in, access private club memberships, submit business registrations, send enquiries, or process payments.
The current integration code does not save a search-history database or deliberately log search terms or returned listing content. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. The project currently uses a default technical-log bucket with 30-day retention and a required audit-log bucket with 400-day retention. The reviewed project-level routing lists only those two buckets. These settings do not mean that every request is retained in both buckets; the type of record determines its routing.
If you follow a registration link and provide business information on MemberNexa, the website’s privacy policy and registration terms apply to that separate process.
